In this series, you’ll build lower body muscle with circuit-style classes that are 25 minutes or less. Dumbbells and a resistance band are the only equipment you need, so you can get a targeted and effective workout anywhere, from your home to the gym. There are six lower body classes to level up your leg and glute muscles. Two core classes and two HIIT classes are also in the mix to round out your practice. When your legs are shaking, you’ll know the classes are working. You’ll finish feeling confident, strong, and ready for more.
In this series you will:

Jade Smith is a certified strength coach and certified Wim Hof instructor based in Toronto, Canada. She will challenge you to push yourself and break out of your comfort zone, but in a way that is fun and leaves you more confident after each class. She was inspired to become an instructor after she started working at her local gym’s front desk.
