The CORE – 4 Pillars of Karma Program is 6 weeks of instruction with live and recorded training calls, weekly lessons with videos and worksheets, and 6 group Q&A sessions with Jennifer.
The introduction to karma and all of its aspects, including karmic partners, soul mates, cycles, groups, and your karmic history.
In this lesson you will establish your karmic foundation, identify your karmic patterns, your 4 areas of karmic anchors, the 4 karma agendas, your 4 karma expressions, now they manifest in your 4 energy bodies. You will learn the definitions of karma, how you create your karma mission, and how karma manifests in your life.
The first Karma Pillar is Commitments, the path you create with your karmic partners and with yourself, what they mean to you, and how they manifest in your life, and in your 4 energy bodies.
You will learn about where your karma Commitments fit into your life path and ascension journey, how they manifest, what they include and how they limit your life, expansion, and joy and block your energy flows.
You will also learn about different areas of karma Commitments – with children, parents, partners, friends, events, situations, and places.
The second karma pillar is Obligations, the burdens, restraints, and energetic debts we create for ourselves that bind us to specific people and situations for lifetimes and how they manifest in our 4 energy bodies.
You will learn about where your karma Obligations exist, exactly what they are, the specific wording that triggers them, how they manifest, what they include, and how they dictate your choices and limit your life, your expansion, joy, and block your energy flows.
The third karma pillar is Responsibilities, the contracts, assumptions, Care Zone promises, liabilities, and authority we take upon ourselves on behalf of others. These are issues of atonement, guilt, shame, blame, liability, and culpability that limit our joy, freedom, and peace of mind, heart, and spirit.
You will learn about where your karma Responsibilities originated, how they manifest in your 4 energy bodies and in your life, what they include, who you made them with and why, and how they limit your life and block your energy flows.
The fourth karma pillar is Expectations, the assumptions, ideals, truths, hopes, and beliefs we have about our karma partners, cycles, and missions which extend our karmic missions and create false realities. They can keep us in karmic cycles for lifetimes and greatly limit and control our energetic expression through our 4 energy bodies and everything in our life.
You will learn about why your expectations are important, how they connect to your ascension cycle, what they are, what you want from them, why they will not manifest, and how to release them from your 4 energy bodies.
Once you understand and have identified your CORE karma pillars, know how they express themselves in your life, how they hijack your energy and limit your abundance, joy, love, peace of mind, heart, and spirit, you can release them to reclaim your energetic sovereignty and gain your energetic, emotional, and spiritual freedom.
You will learn how to release your CORE karma pillars without creating more karma and how to reclaim your freedom and energetic sovereignty.
